The Colors of the Day
- Monday - purple
- Tuesday - red
- Wednesday - yellow
- Thursday - orange
- Friday - green
- Saturday - indigo blue
- Sunday - white
I got this idea from Rockin' Granola's website. While all my children have learnt their colors and don't need this as a "lesson" so much... I still thought I'd incorporate it into our lives. We need some structure. I've been bouncing around trying to find some new ways to be structured. I have always liked the idea of rotating toy boxes but couldn't figure out how to do it. Now I know that this will work. A rotating color day is great (at least in theory) for our family.
I dream of clean floors, a happy rhythm to our day. Oh the dreams I'm having now as I think about my children's messy rooms being clean and organized. And how it could help our school life. Haha
